Open’er Festival is Poland's largest open-air music and performing arts festival, taking over the northern Baltic Sea coastal city of Gdynia each year. Held on the grounds of the Gdynia-Kosakowo Airport, a 80-hectare space with more than enough room for 6 stages, over 100 artists, a camp site, beach, sea and sun, cinema, NGO area, Kids Zone, signing tent, a museum, works of art and theatre plays, fashion stage with catwalk and designer pop-up stores, Open'er is, in a word, huge. Open’er has made a name for itself as one of the most outstanding festivals in the world, combining great value for money with absolutely no compromise on the amazing acts. Two-time European Festival Awards winner and 2012 & 2013 Best Major Festival nominee, Open'er should be on every music lover's must-see list.

Opinions

Open’er Festival takes our prize hands down for the most jaw-dropping series of lineup announcements of the year, cementing its place in our festival-loving hearts early on. Named Europe’s Best Major Festival two years running in 2009 and 2010, Open’er has made a name for itself for its impeccable organisation, incredible atmosphere, and artist rosters that make you go, “oh my god!”, and this year promises even more of the same. Five pumping days of some of the best live acts from all over the world in the warm Polish sun… yes please!
